I've rented at River City since Jan 2021. Chose this property due to cleanliness, temperature control, security and ease of access to units. Have experience with 2 other facilities in Louisville / Prospect. Following sale of home, my "good" furniture is stored here. While the facility itself is highly recommended, the Facility Manager, Lonnie Clark, is customer-oriented, helpful, reliable and has good communication skills. He accepts feedback from tenants and seeks resolution of any problems. He focuses on insuring the facility is safe, secure and has a genuine interest to make the property better. Strongly recommend considering River City if needing storage facilities.
